CHARLES WILLIAM KAHLChuck is a full time musician, branching his talents out into public relations and media. Throughout his life, Chuck has been involved with many creative projects. Most notably, he is the co-founder and bassist for the band Brand New Sin (BNS), evolving the band for over a decade.
BNS includes songs published for WWE (“Crank it Up,”), a cameo in Paramount Pictures’ “School of Rock,” and music for MTV’s “Viva La Bam,” and “Home Wreckers.” Brand New Sin also produced three full-length CDs and an EP while with Century Media Records. Still rocking live, BNS tours state side and in the UK. Brand New Sin now independently releases CDs to overwhelming positive world-wide reviews. Check them out in Classic Rock Magazine.
Chuck also created and co-owns Tool & Die Magazine to bridge the rock generation gap. The Central New York free publication unites CNY’s established biker / mechanic community with younger members of the rock and roll subculture. This bi-monthly print magazine currently runs strong, and is well received by fans of dirty rock music and machines of bikes, cars, trucks, and ATVs – educating and entertaining its loyal audience.
METAL MELMelanie Pasinski, a.k.a “Metal Mel”, has been actively involved in the music scene since her rebellious teen years. While earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing degree the State University of New York at Oswego, she deejayed countless heavy metal and women-in-rock radio shows.Melanie started the Metal Hardcore Interest Group that brought regional and national metal and hardcore acts to the Oswego campus. After graduating, Metal Mel promoted shows in Syracuse under the nom de plume Bloody Nub Productions. She is also the Secretary Officer and a patched member of the Upstate New York Chapter of the metal club NYDM – New York Death Militia.
Melanie co-founded “Madame Trixie and her Dolls Burlesque” troupe and has hosted and performed burlesque throughout all throughout New York State including the Big Apple. Melanie currently performs as Maxine de la Obscene in Albany, NY. She can also be admired at BingBamboo Room Burlesque and Scooter Pie at Midnight Rock & Roll Burlesque.
Melanie studied comedy under Bill Keller, who formally wrote for Conan O’Brien and Jay Leno, and she has been writing and performing stand-up comedy for three years.
KMS
Photographer, filmmaker, artist, KISS fan, web-dork, and jack-of-all visual trades, KMS is a New York State –to–> California transplant were he currently spends his time drinking locally brewed IPA’s and planning to one day get himself in shape after all the beer intake has run its course.
After studying Film-making / Photography, Television Production, and web development, he is, years later, finally doing something with that knowledge and one of the driving forces behind generating a new visual outlet for truly gritty…rock and roll fans.
