It was day three of the 70,000 Tons of Metal Cruise, 2012 when the metal karaoke stage was hijacked by legendary front man Frank Mullen, of the acclaimed death metal band Suffocation. Actually, it was his drunken persona Frank “The Tank” that took the microphone hostage for more than thirty minutes that night. Captured in this video are highlights of this infamous take-over and a sweet rendition of the classic Wizard of Oz song “Over the Rainbow.” Mullen belts his heart out to his fellow wasted metal heads showing a range of pure emotion, all while reminding them that he still wants to kill them.We had a great time on this amazing cruise and hope you can join us next year in 2013.
